With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, paying only when you have work. Second, we know managing freelancers can be tricky, but we handle the process and quality checks to remove any headaches and make sure everything meets the quality standards for you.

Our editor will start working as soon as you provide the clips. They only work on one project at a time so you will always be on priority. We try to deliver the best but we don't rush. Depending on your project length, you will be given a time and the work will be delivered under that. In case your order is urgent, you can tell us and we can do too.

There are no contracts or long-term agreements. You can pause or cancel at any time. If we have dedicated an editor’s time and started work on your videos before you decide to cancel, you won't be eligible for a refund.

There is no limit on size. You can send smaller files directly on Trello or you can submit files that are big in size through Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer, or any other file transfer website that you prefer.

That’s highly unlikely, but in case you're not satisfied with the final product you always have unlimited revisions, you can always ask for one, and according to your requirements, changes will be made to the video.
